TO FILE A COMPLAINT

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council regulates Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors in the State of Texas. Concerns or complaints regarding the practice of Psychotherapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Professional Counseling may be directed to the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.  You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. I respect your right to file a complaint with me or with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. If you choose to file a complaint, I will not retaliate against you.
